Processing OSC Deep Sky Images with Free Software
This processing workshop will cover how to process deep sky images taken with one shot
color cameras using only free software. All steps from data transfer to pre-processing to
stretching to final creative touches will be covered. 

Craig Stocks and Christian Sasse WORKSHOP
Nightscape Processing in PixInsight and Photoshop with PiMagic
PiMagic Studio now also offers an optional Nightscape mode that is ideal for processing single or multiple frames of nightscapes and wide-field Milky Way photos. It uses a proprietary plate-solving algorithm to solve and annotate even very wide-angle photos. The presentation will explore the many ways to use PiMagic Studio Nightscape mode.

Jon Talbot WORKSHOP
Optimizing Narrow Band Workflow Using Color CMOS Cameras and Dual Narrowband Filters
This workshop will use actual data and my PixInsight workflow. We will take color CMOS RGB data and color CMOS dual narrowband data to build a finished color image utilizing the best of both. Attendees will have the hands on opportunity to follow along if they have PixInsight on a laptop. They will have the opportunity to load the image data on their machine. The workshop does not require the latest version of PixInsight but will require a few scripts to be loaded in the PI repositories if people want to follow along. The first is called DBXtract.The other scripts are the image blend, narrowband normalization and color mapper scripts from Mike Cranfield. They can be found at cosmicphotons.com. Lastly users will need to have a way to remove stars from image data and also denoise data. I personally use the paid RC astro applications but there are also free options out there.
